Stephanie Baptiste Sandaire has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2008. Stephanie grew up in Southwest Florida and attended Charlotte High School in Punta Gorda. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies, cum laude, from the University of Central Florida in 2003 and her Juris Doctorate from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2007.
Attorney Baptiste Sandaire began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the 7th Circuit of Florida where she gained valuable trial experience and handled hundreds of criminal cases of all types. She later represented the Department of Revenue as an Assistant Attorney General. Through that position, she gained specialized knowledge regarding child support and related issues by handling hundreds of Child Support cases. Stephanie started her private practice in 2010 and has handled thousands of cases to date.
With over 18 years of experience as an attorney and paralegal, Attorney Stephanie Sandaire brings invaluable knowledge and determination to the Firm. Her practice focuses on Family Law and Criminal Defense.
Stephanie is fluent in Haitian Creole.
